St. Ambroeus is an ideal place for taking Instagram-worthy photos due to its beautiful aesthetic. In addition to the stunning atmosphere, both the food and service are outstanding. The staff is very friendly and always attentive to guests. I personally enjoy ordering organic boiled eggs for breakfast, served with sunflower seed toast, which provides a solid 12 grams of protein to kickstart my day. However, the avocado toast served with sunflower seed toast and poached organic eggs also receives a lot of praise and great reviews.

If you want to experience French food with a New York ambiance, you need to go to Balthazar for SOHO brunch NYC. This is one of the best brunch places in SOHO NYC. The restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing for photos as well. The food and service are top-notch. I need to warn you, this place can be crowded due to its popularity. I highly suggest that you make reservations in advance, and don’t forget to order the eggs Benedict.

This is a must-brunch NYC stop. I love Mediterranean food, I think it’s healthy and delicious, and as a Mediterranean food lover, I couldn’t skip Jack’s Wife Freda’s brunch NYC spot. Everything is delicious, but my go-to plate is Jack’s breakfast, which has the most tender, juicy grilled skirt steak, 2 eggs served any style (I like sunny-side up), roasted tomato, fingerling potatoes, pickled onions & a small sourdough toast. Definitely, this is 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Pura Vida Miami

Pura Vida Miami started in Miami (of course), and now New Yorkers can enjoy the healthy beachy options that this restaurant offers. This is your healthy stop for smoothies and matcha. This spot is gold if you are looking to grab something quick and healthy. And by the way, they do not cook with seed oils. My favorite smoothie, “Welcome to Miami,” is made with passion fruit, mango, and banana, a great smoothie to start the day. Another favorite is the chicken empanadas, served with that spicy mayo, which is just delicious. This is the type of place that you order, you sit down, and you wait for the food.
