Beauty Essentials: The Secrets have been revealed
That’s right! These beauty essential products are truly my must-haves, and I honestly can’t imagine living without them. I’ve tried nearly everything, and at 49, I know exactly what works and what doesn’t. In the past, I used to follow 20-year-old influencers, but I’ve learned that what works for them isn’t necessarily right for us as mature women. After all, they have naturally fresh collagen and very different lifestyles compared to women over 40. I hope this list helps. Please let me know in the comments which beauty products work for you!
1. Skin Care that Truly Delivers

It took me years to find beauty products that truly deliver. I finally did! And even though they are an investment, they are worth every penny. My skin has never looked better. These are my non-negotiable products: hyaluronic acid intensifier, skin regeneration cream, and an anti-aging lipid moisturizer. After I apply these, I never skip sunblock with an SPF of 50 or higher. Sunblock is key to avoiding sun damage and keeping your skin looking fresh and younger.
2. Deodorants that Work

I have tested so many deodorants that just don’t work. What’s up with all the deodorants that smell so good, but when you use them, and you start sweating, they just don’t do what they promised? You end up smelling like your sweat mixed with the deodorant smell. Come on! That defeats the whole point of using a deodorant! Lucky for you, I have tested so many, so many that I know what works. These three below are absolutely my favorites and they truly deliver.
3. Foundation with 50 SPF

This full-coverage color-correcting foundation with SPF 50 is a real favorite of mine! It provides flawless coverage that remains smooth and never cracks, even under the eyes. I absolutely love how it protects my skin with its effective 50 SPF. It’s quickly become my go-to foundation for a reliable and beautiful look.
4. Grey Hair Coverage

I’ve experimented with some of the more commercial brands’ root touch-up sprays, and honestly, they often leave circular spots on my hair even when I try to apply them gently for an even look. However, I absolutely love this hair root touch-up! I buy it in bulk because I never want to be without it. It’s so easy to use and provides excellent grey coverage. The color matches my natural hair perfectly, making it a real favorite of mine.
5. Cleanser

I’ve always trusted this cleanser; it’s lightweight, effectively cleanses deeply, and makes my skin feel fresh, clean, and balanced every time.
6. Instant Self-Tanner

This instant self-tan is what you need fro a fresh, sun-kissed glow up. I find it very easy to apply and five minutes later I can wear white color clothing without any tan transfer. On top of that this self-tanner smells amazing.
7. Hair Products Worth Every Penny

My hair journey has been quite a journey. I’ve tried so many products along the way, and honestly, it’s been tough to find ones that really work—until I finally decided to give the Kerastase products a shot. Wow, I’m truly blown away! I still wonder why it took me so long to try them out. From now on, I’ll be a proud, lifelong fan of these products. Hera are some of my favorite ones:
8. Must Try Hair Mask

I need to give a shot out to this hair mask. Continuing with hair care, this mask is a solid 10/10. It deeply hydrates my hair without weighing it down, leaving it incredibly soft, smooth, and very manageable. After every use, my hair feels healthier, looks shinier, and styles so much more easily. One of those products where you can truly see and feel the difference.
9. Add to Beauty Essentials: Medicube Device

I was so excited to receive this Korean beauty device along with the collagen jelly cream for Christmas—truly the best gift I’ve ever received and has become one of my beauty essentials. I do my best to use them every day, and they’ve become such a lovely part of my routine. My favorite modes are Booster and Microcurrent because they leave my skin looking more lifted, refreshed, and healthy. I’m genuinely obsessed!
